胃肠康定胶囊对NSAIDs所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型6-keto-PGF1α、PGE2表达的影响

Effect of Weichang Kangding Capsule on 6-keto-PGF1α and PGE2 expressions in gastric mucosa injury model of rats induced by NSAIDs

目的:通过观察胃肠康定胶囊对NSAIDs所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型6-keto-PGF1α、PGE2表达的影响,探讨其粘膜保护作用机制。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠48只随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、奥美拉唑阳性对照组、胃肠康定大、中、小剂量治疗组6组,各组均灌胃给药,给予不同处理7d后处死全部大鼠。放免法检测胃黏膜组织6-keto-PGF1α、PGE2的表达,并进行统计学处理。结果:胃肠康定胶囊各剂量组均能上调NSAIDs所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型中6-keto-PGF1α、PGE2的表达,减轻NSAIDs所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型胃黏膜的损伤程度。结论:胃肠康定胶囊对NSAIDs所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用,其作用机理与提高6-keto-PGF1α、PGE2的表达有关。

Objective：To observe the Effect of Wei Chang Kang Ding Capsule on 6-keto-PGF1α and PGE2 expression in gastric mucosal injury model of rats induced by NSAIDs and to explore its mechanisms.Methods：48 male Wistar rats were divided into six groups randomly,normal control group,modelgroup,positive medicine group,high-dosage group,normal-dosage group,low-dosage group.Except for the normal control group,the rest groups were administrated correspondent drugs,7 days after administration,6-keto-PGF1α and PGE2 content of rats were detected by RIA.Results： The expression of 6-keto-PGF1α and PGE2 level of rats were significantly increased in Wei Chang Kang Ding groups.Conclusion：Wei Chang Kang Ding capsule could reduce the degree of gastric mucosa injury induced by NSAIDs by increasing the expression of 6-keto-PGF1a and PGE2 in rats,which could be one of the mechanisms of Wei Chang Kang Ding capsule in protecting gastric mucosa induced by NSAIDs.
