摘要
学校发展规划是处境不利学校实现改进与发展的策略。由于西部农村小学近期发展状态不稳定,且小型化和巨型化学校并存,引发了学校发展规划是否适合西部农村小学的疑问。学校发展规划策略要运用于西部农村小学,必须转变学校"为政府办学"的传统认识,形成学校"为社区办学"的新理念,探索学校与乡村社区、地方主管部门一起共同制订学校发展规划的多主体参与模式,通过学校发展规划制订、实施和评估全过程的扎实推进,促进西部农村小学的不断改进与发展。
SDP is a kind of strategy to improve disadvantaged schools. As westem rural primary schools are unstable in recent years, as well as small schools and giant schools co-exist, people suspect that "Is SDP suitable for western rural primary schools?" If we use SDP strategy to improve western rural primary schools, we must change our old thinking of "running school for government" to the new thinking of "running school for community", grope for the new model of working out SDP through the way of joint participation of schools, communities and local administrative department and promote western rural primary schools continuously through the working-out, implementation and evaluation of SDP.
