摘要
教育改革已成为一种常态,"没有改革就没有发展"也似乎成为一种共识。本文对这种共识提出了质疑,认为评价教育改革是否成功主要有四条标准,即付出最小代价、让社会最少受惠者获得最大利益、以人的全面发展为最高目标和立足于教育改革发生的时空背景。
Education reform has been ordinary. It seems to reach an agreement that "No development without reform". This article doubts the expression and brings forward four criteria to judge if the reform is successful. They are least cost,maxmizing the utility for the ones who get least from the society ,taking integrated development of human beings as the final aim and basing on the context of the education reform.
