摘要
在教学改革实践中,如何凸显积极真实的教师自我成为一个重要的课题。由于教师作为执行者的复杂情结、个人话语明显乏力以及自我批判意识严重不足,遮蔽了教师自我的存在性价值和意义。为此,从教师自我的道德意义出发,自觉地追求精神层面的自我,积极倾听自己内在的声音,并形成一种自我负责的专业生活方式,将有助于实现教师自我的意识觉醒与内在超越。
In the teaching reform practice, how to highlight the positive real teacher self has become a fundamental issue to be solved. The teachers' existing value and significance has been sheltered because of the complexity of teachers as executors, the apparent weakness of personal speech and the serious shortage of self-critical awareness. Therefore, we start from the moral significance of teachers, purposely pursue the spiritual self, actively listen to your inner voice, and form a self-responsible professional way of life to realize the self-consciousness and inherent surmounting of teacher self.
