摘要
目的:了解婴儿期儿童体格发育月增长值的规律。方法:定期测量长沙市160名儿童自出生至满1岁的体重、身长和头围,按性别和年龄计算月增长均值和标准差,观察其生长规律。结果:婴儿期体格发育的增长速度随年龄增长而逐步减慢,第1年的增速高峰期在前3个月内。结论:加强3个月内婴儿的营养与保健工作有利于婴儿的健康成长。
Objective：To understand the regularity of monthly increase value of physical development of infants. Methods：Body weight,body length and head circumference of 160 infants from birth to one year in Changsha were measured regularly,the average monthly increase value and standard deviation were calculated according to sex and age,the regularity of growth was observed. Results：The growth rate of physical development of infants slowed down gradually with the increase of age,and the peak of growth rate in the first year was within the first three months. Conclusion：It is beneficial for healthy growth of infants to enhance nutritional and health care works of infants within the first 3 months
