摘要
目的:了解北京市体检儿童微量元素水平,探讨微量元素与儿童健康的关系。方法:选择2009年1~2月进行健康体检的0~12岁儿童1 064例,按年龄分成5组,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定末梢血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的含量。结果:不同性别儿童血铜、钙、镁差异无统计学意义,锌、铁差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄组血铜、钙、镁差异无统计学意义,锌、铁差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);锌水平1~12月儿童最低,6~11岁儿童最高;铁水平1~12月儿童最低,>11岁儿童最高。锌缺乏率在1~12月年龄组最高,>11岁年龄组最低,锌缺乏率由高至低排列为:1~12月、>1~3岁、>3~6岁、>6~11岁、>11岁;铁缺乏率由高至低排列为:1~12月、>1~3岁、>3~6岁。儿童铜、钙、镁缺乏率较低,在1~12月组锌、铁缺乏率均最高。结论:北京市儿童微量元素缺乏以锌、铁为主,锌、铁缺乏率均以1~12月组居首位。各年龄段儿童应定期检测微量元素,并给予针对性的营养指导。
Objective:To understand the levels of trace elements among children receiving physical examination in Beijing,explore the relationship between trace elements and health of children.Methods:1 064 children aged 012 years old receiving physical examination in Beijing from January to February in 2009 were divided into five groups according to age,flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect the contents of copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium and iron in peripheral blood.Results:There was no significant difference in the contents of copper,calcium and magnesium in peripheral blood between boys and girls,but there was significant difference in the contents of zinc and iron in peripheral blood between boys and girls(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the contents of copper,calcium and magnesium in peripheral blood among different age groups,but there was significant difference in the contents of zinc and iron in peripheral blood among different age groups(P〈0.05).The zinc level of the children aged 112 months was the lowest,the zinc level of the children aged 611 years was the highest;the iron level of the children aged 112 months was the lowest,the iron level of the children above 11 years was the highest.The incidence of zinc deficiency in 112-month group was the highest,the incidence of zinc deficiency in 〉11-year group was the lowest,the incidences of zinc deficiency were listed as follows from high to low: 112-month group,〉1~3-year group,〉3~6-year group,〉6~11-year group,〉11-year group;the incidences of iron deficiency were listed as follows from high to low: 112-month group,〉1~3-year group,〉3~6-year group.The incidences of copper deficiency,calcium deficiency and magnesium deficiency in children were low,the incidences of zinc deficiency and iron deficiency in 112-month group were the highest.Conclusion:The major types of trace elements deficiency are zinc and iron,the incidences of zinc deficiency and iron deficiency in 112-month group are the highest.Regular detection of trace elements should be conducted among the children of different age groups,targeted nutritional guidance should be carried out
