瑞舒伐他汀治疗高脂血症患者脂蛋白(a)、超敏C反应蛋白含量的变化

The change of hyperlipidemia with lipoprotein (a)and high sensitive C-reactive protein in patients with Hyperlipidemia by Rosuvastatin treatment

目的:观察瑞舒伐他汀对高脂血症患者血清脂蛋白(a)、血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:收集100例高脂血症患者,随机分成瑞舒伐他汀组50例和立普妥组50例。用瑞舒伐他汀10mg,立普妥20mg,两种药物每日一次,每次分别为10～20mg,持续6周。观察治疗前后:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、脂蛋白-a(Lp-a)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的改变。结果:两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL、Lp-a、hs-CRP含量较治疗前明显降低(t=2.345、2.456、2.311、2.412、2.411、2.311、2.324、2.411、2.389、2.411、P均<0.05):两组治疗后HDL含量较治疗前上升(t=2.315、2.226、P均<0.05);各指标两组间比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀和立普妥均有抗炎及降脂作用。

Objective To effect of Rosuvastatin on hyperlipidemia with serum lipoproteln （a）, serum high sensitivity C reactive protein. Methods 100 eases with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into rosuvastatin group（n=50） and IApitor （n=50）.Using rosuvastatin 10rag, lApitor 20mg, two drugs once a day, each time was 10 - 20mg, for 6 weeks.The contents of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）,low density lipoprotein （LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein （HDL-C）, lipoprotein-a （Lp-a） and high sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）Before and after treatment were observed.
