总结了环境温度对不同外径热钢坯表面温降的影响,阐述了斜轧穿孔的塑性变形特点,分析研究了在一定的表面温降下对斜轧穿孔工艺的质量影响,并提出了降低表面温降的措施和改善斜轧穿孔工艺的条件。
The paper measures the impact of the environmental temperature on the surface temperature drop of hot billets with different diameters,explains the characteristics of the plastic deformation of cross piercing,analyzes the impact of the temperature drop on the quality of cross piercing and proposes some measures to reduce the temperature and improve the piercing.
