摘要
传统医学模式向生物医学模式转变的同时,产妇对分娩寄予了更高的期望,因此分娩镇痛也逐渐应用于临床分娩。本文探讨了分娩镇痛的最佳时机和对镇痛效果的观察;并从职业角度,阐述了对待产妇分娩各个阶段的心理因素应该采取相应的心理护理措施。
