骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折118例的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures,OVCF)的临床特点及经皮椎体后凸成形术的治疗效果。方法:2005年3月~2009年12月共118例OVCF的患者进行了经皮椎体后凸成形术(PercutaneousKyphoplasty,PKP),用疼痛视觉评估表,骨折椎前缘、中部高度,Cobb's角度评价椎体后凸成形术的临床疗效。结果:患者PKP手术顺利,术后VAS评分明显好转,后凸角度明显变小,椎体前缘、中部高度有明显恢复(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体后凸成形术是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的一种有效方法。 Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment results of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF) treated by percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Methods:The clinical materials of 118 patients with OVCF were reviewed retrospectively from Mach 2005 to December 2009.The clinical efficacy of PKP was evaluated by visual analogue pain scale(VAS),anterior/medium height of vertebrae body and Cobb's angle.Results:PKP surgery was sucessful in all patients.There was significant difference in VAS,anterior/medium height of vertebrae body and Cobb's angle between preoperation group and postoperation group with P value less than 0.05.Conclusion:PKP surgery is an efficient way to the treatment of OVCF.
