摘要
分别采用电磁场仿真软件CSTMWS和CADFEKO仿真计算了不同电尺寸右手材料和左手材料介质球的电磁散射特性,并对电磁散射数值进行分析,同时与Mie理论计算结果相比较,可得出以下结论:无论在仿真电小尺寸还是电大尺寸的目标时,CADFEKO仿真效果都比CSTMWS更佳。最后用CADFEKO软件仿真了金属球涂覆右手材料和左手材料的电磁散射特性,对仿真所得电磁散射数值进行分析,总结出材料参数和涂层厚度对目标雷达散射截面的影响。这对左手材料在隐身方面的应用方面的研究有一定意义的价值。
The electromagnetic simulation software of CST MWS and CADFEKO are introduced to compute the EM scattering by different electronic size dielectric spheres of RHM(right-hand-material)and LHM(left-hand-material).The simulation results compared with the theoretical numerical value are analyzed.The conclusion is that the simulation results of CADFEKO are better than that of CST MWS whether the target is small electronic size or large electronic size.And then the CADFEKO software is used to simulate the EM scattering of metal sphere coated with the RHM or LHM.From the results analyzed,the influence of the material parameters and thickness to the RCS can be obtained.It has some significance to the research on cloakig.
