全科医学住院医师培训实施方案的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Residency Training Implementation Plan in General Practice

目的探索与我国社区卫生服务发展相适应的、以能力为本的全科医学住院医师培训实施方案。方法采用文献研究、实地调研和访谈法,研究国内外全科医学住院医师的培训现状和需求。结果本研究依据全科医学基本原则、特征和社区全科医师工作要求提出我国社区全科医师的核心能力要求。另外,本研究还制订了由9个培训模块构成的、以能力为本的全科医学住院医师培训实施方案。结论本实施方案适合我国社区卫生服务发展。鉴于我国全科医学住院医师培训工作仍处于试点阶段,以能力为本的住院医师培训实施方案有助于提高培训质量,为逐步建立和完善全科医学住院医师培训制度提供参考。

Objective To explore the competency-based residency training implementation plan for general practice,which adapts to the development of community health service（CHS） in China.Methods A literature method,field research and focus group discussion were used to study on the status and needs of General Practice residency training at home and abroad.Results The core competencies required of Chinese general practitioners in CHS were described according to the basic principles and characteristics of General Practice and the professional tasks of Chinese general practitioners.In addition,competency-based residency training implementation plan for General Practice was built,which consists of nine training modules.Conclusion This implementation plan adapts to the development of CHS.In view of the General Practice residency training in China is still in the pilot phase,this competency-based implementation plan would help not only improve the training quality,but also provide reference for the establishment and improvement of residency training system in General Practice.
