摘要
目的探讨社区护士角色适应中的自我和谐状况,为我省社区护理人才管理、培养、促进社区护士角色适应提供依据。方法采用自我和谐量表,对参与我省社区岗位培训中有1年以上社区护理工作体验的185名护士进行测试。结果社区护士角色适应群体中自我和谐量表总分均分为(97.84±14.42)分,其中自我与经验的不和谐得分为(48.61±9.09)分,与大学生、军人常模比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我刻板性得分为(19.01±3.67)分,与大学生常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),自我灵活性得分为(46.32±4.07)分,与大学生、军人常模比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区护士群体自我和谐程度偏低,管理部门应加强对社区护士的心理健康教育,提高待遇,以促使尽快适应社区护士角色。
Objective To study the situation of self consistency and congruence of the role adapting to community nurses so as to provide evidence for community talent management,training,and promoting the role adaptation of community nurses.Methods Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS) was taken to test 185 community nurses who had more than one year work experience in our province.Results The average total score of SCCS for role adaptation population of community nurses was(97.84±14.42),of which the score of disharmony of self consistency was(48.61 ± 9.09),with a statistically significant difference as compared with the norm of college students and army men(P0.05);the self-stereotypes score(19.01 ± 3.67)was statistically significant from the norm of college students(P0.05);the self flexibility score(46.32 ± 4.07) showed no statistically significant difference as compared with the norm of college students and army men(P0.05).Conclusion The community nurses are of lower self consistency.The mental health education for them should be strengthened by the management organization,and their income should be raised so as to promote their role adaptation.
