摘要
目的探讨袋鼠式护理(KMC)缓解早产儿足跟采血所致疼痛的效果。方法抽取胎龄≥32周且<37周的早产儿62例,随机分为KMC组和暖箱组,测定两组早产儿足跟采血时和采血后的心率和血氧饱和度,用新生儿面部编码系统(NFCS)进行疼痛评分,并统计分析两组早产儿母亲对护理质量的满意人数。结果足跟采血过程中KMC组早产儿心率低于暖箱组,血氧饱和度高于暖箱组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);KMC组NFCS评分显著低于暖箱组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);KMC组母亲对护理质量的满意人数明显高于暖箱组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 KMC可缓解早产儿足跟采血所致的疼痛。
Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of kangaroo mother care(KMC) in premature infants during blood sampling by heel prick.Methods A total of 62 premature infants with gestational age of 32-37 weeks were randomly assigned to KMC group and incubator group(n=31 for both).The heart rate and oxygen saturation of the infants were collected respectively,and neonatal facial coding system(NFCS) was used to evaluate the severity of pain.The number of mothers who were satisfatory with the nursing was collected as well.Results During heel prick the heart rate was significantly lower while oxygen saturation was significantly higher in the KMC group as compared with incubators(P0.01).The neonatal facial coding system score was significantly lower in the KMC group that in the incubator group(P0.01).The satisfaction degree of mothers was also higher in the KMC group than in the incubator group(P0.01).Conclusion KMC can reduce the pain for premature infants during blood sampling by heel prick.
