养心活血利水法对心力衰竭大鼠心脏功能的影响

摘要 目的:观察养心活血利水法对心力衰竭大鼠心脏功能的影响;方法:用阿霉素制备心力衰竭动物模型,80只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、卡维地洛组、中药组,八导电生理仪记录血流动力学变化;结果:模型组心率、+dp/dtmax和-dp/dtm in绝对值均低于空白对照组,而LVEDP高于空白对照组,中药组、卡维地洛组心率、+dp/dtmax和-dp/dtm in绝对值高于模型组,LVEDP则低于模型组,中药组、卡维地洛组比较差异无显著性。结论:以养心活血利水法组方的中药汤剂可以改善阿霉素所致心力衰竭大鼠模型心脏功能。
