自拟方治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液52例的临床体会

目的:寻求治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液新的方法和思路。方法:笔者运用中药自拟的方剂,通过温肾活血理气止痛、健脾化湿来治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液。结果:自拟方剂对52例患者进行了治疗治愈32例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率是94.23%。结论:自拟方对慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液治疗取得了很好的疗效,并抛砖引玉提示通过方证相对所创立的方剂来治疗疑难杂症,可能有很重要的临床指导意义。

Objective： Seeks the treatment chronic pelvic inflammatory disease merge pelvic cavity to accumulate the fluid new method and the mentality.Methods ：The author using the traditional Chinese medicine from prescription of oneself,invigorates the blood through the warm kidney to regulate the flow of vital energy the pain-relieving,to be good for the spleen wet treats the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease merge pelvic cavity to accumulate the fluid.Finally： From prescription of oneself to carry on the treatment to 52 example patients to cure 32 examples,the effective 17 examples,the invalid 3 examples,the total effectiveness was 94.23%.Conclusion：From prescription of oneself to accumulate the fluid treatment to the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease merge pelvic cavity to obtain the very good curative effect,and offered a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas to prompt prescription who relative established through the side card to treat difficult various illnesses,possibly had the very important clinical guiding sense.
