摘要
目的探讨闭合性腹部外伤敛脾破裂非手术治疗的可行性。方法对1996年10月-2006年10月收治的25例外伤性脾破裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果非于术治疗25例，成功23例，成功率（92．0％）。结论选择合适的脾破裂患者行非 手术治疗是安全、有效的。
Objective To summarize the experience in conservative treatment of blunt splenic injury. Methods The data of 25 patients with traumatic spleen rupture were retrospectively analyzed from 1996 to 2006 in a monitored setting. Results Twenty - five cases were given conservative treatment, 23 cases were cured, the cure rate being 92.0 %. Conclusion Selective conservative treatment in patients with traumatic spleen rupture can be done safely and effectively.
