摘要 目的探讨Bcl-2、Bag-1在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与结肠癌临床病理学特征及预后的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学染色方法检测55例结肠癌组织、33例癌旁结肠组织及15例正常结肠组织中Bcl-2、Bag-1蛋白的表达情况,结合临床病理特征及预后对其进行分析。结果 Bcl-2、Bag-1在结肠癌组织中的表达阳性率(80.2%和72.7%)均显著高于癌旁结肠组织(60.6%和48.5%)及正常结肠组织(均为0),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Bcl-2及Bag-1的表达与肿瘤有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度及临床分期有关(P<0.05);而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤浸润深度、癌胚抗原(CEA)等无关。Bcl-2、Bag-1的表达呈高度一致性(P<0.01)。Bcl-2阳性结肠癌患者及Bag-1阳性结肠癌患者的5年、10年累积生存率均显著低于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论 Bcl-2、Bag-1与结肠癌的生物学行为密切相关,并可作为结肠癌患者预后的预测因素。 Objective To study the expressions of Bcl-2,Bag-1 in colon carcinoma and its relationship to clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of colon cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Bcl-2,Bag-1 proteins in 55 cases of colon cancer tissues,33 para-cancer tissues and 15 normal colon tissues and analyze them integrated with clinical pathological features and prognoses.Results The positive rates of Bcl-2 and Bag-1 expressions were significantly higher in colon cancer tissues(80.2%,72.7%) than in para-cancer(60.6%,48.5%) and normal colon(0),the difference was significant(P0.05).Bcl-2 and Bag-1 expressions were related to lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation and clinical staging(P0.05),but not to age,gender,tumor size,depth of invasion,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),etc.Bcl-2 and Bag-1 expressions showed high consistency(P0.01).The 5-year and 10-year cumulative survival rates of Bcl-2 and Bag-1 positive colon cancer patients were significantly lower than that of negative patients(P0.05).Conclusion Bcl-2 and Bag-1,closely related to the biological behaviors of colon cancer,can be used as predictive factors for prognoses of colon cancer patients.
