腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的护理体会

Nursing of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术围手术期护理经验。方法总结2007年2月至2010年4月29例腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的围手术期护理措施。结果本组手术均获成功,术后恢复顺利,并发尿失禁3例,所有患者均痊愈出院,平均住院15 d。结论腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的护理措施有别与其它腹腔镜下手术的常规护理,探讨和总结腹腔镜前列腺癌手术的多种形式的护理措施,有助于腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者的恢复。

Objective To discuss the nursing of patients with the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy during the perioperative period. Methods The perioperative nursing measures for 29 cases of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy from February 2007 to April 2010 in our department were summarized. Results All the patients in our group were successfully operated and recovered well, and 3 cases have complications with urinary incontinence. All the patients were fully recovered and discharged, and the average hospital durance was 15 days. Conclusion The nursing measures for laparoscopic radical prostatectomy differ from other routine laparoscopic surgeries. Discussing and summarizing the diversification of nursing measures of Laparoscopic prostate surgeries contribute to the better recovery of patients with Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.
