摘要
目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者对其不同手术方式的认知情况。方法对100例子宫肌瘤患者在未知自己的术式情况下发放自设问卷调查及访谈式调查,同时调查患者在已知术式情况下对其认可程度。结果未知术式时88例患者选择子宫肌瘤剔除术,10例患者选择子宫全切术,2例选择子宫次全切除术。已知术式时学历高的患者提出疑问次数多。结论患者对子宫肌瘤的术式认知相对片面,在医护工作者解释下患者能正确认识各术式的利弊,做出正确的选择。
Objective To investigate the cognition of patients who suffer from hysteromyoma towards different surgical procedures. Methods We deliver questionnaires to patients and to have an interview with patients before they know their procedures. At the same time we investigated the accepted degree of their procedures. Results Eighty eight patients chose myomectomy, 10 patients chose hysterectomy, 2 patients chose subtotal hysterectomy. After they knew their procedures, patients with high education raised more questions. Conclusion atients know just a little about surgical procedures of hysteromyoma. With the interpretation of medical staff, patients will make a right decision after they know the advantages and disadvantages.
