不同给药时间口服格拉司琼止吐效果观察

The effects of preventing vomiting by taking Granisetron at different times

目的观察肿瘤患者化疗期间口服格拉司琼不同给药时间的止吐效果。方法 40例患者随机分两组,采用自身对照试验法每组观察2个疗程时间。第1疗程两组分别于化疗前晚或者化疗当日晨口服1次格拉司琼预防呕吐,在第2疗程两组交换服药方法,观察记录止吐情况。结果第1组化疗前日晚始每晚服格拉司琼片3d内止吐有效率分别为85.3%、82.3%、81.0%,明显低于下一疗程的对照93.0%、92.7%、90.3%(P<0.05);第2组化疗当日晨口服格拉司琼分散片3d内止吐有效率分别为87.8%、86.3%、83.6%,下疗程的对照为86.1%、84.3%、81.5%(P<0.05)。结论化疗当日始每日晨口服1次格拉司琼片止吐效果优于化疗前日每晚口服1次格拉司琼片。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Granisetron taken at different times in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Methods Forty patients with malignant rumors were divided into two groups in this randomized self- crossover trial in two courses of treatment. In the first course, Granisetron was given respectively at night or in the morning during chemotherapy while the next course the time was exchanged between two groups. The nausea and vomiting were observed and noted. Results The response rates of Granisetron given at night before chemotherapy were 85.3%, 82.3%, 81.0%, respectively; three days later, were lower than 93. 0 %, 92.7 %, 90.3 % （P 〈 0.05） in the next course. Whereas, in the second group, the response rates of Granisetron given in the morning before chemotherapy were 87.8 %, 86.3 %, 83.6 9G, compared with 86.1%, 84.3%, 81.5% （P〈0.05） in the next treatment. Conclusion The effect of taking Granisetron in the morning before chemotherapy is better than that at night.
