摘要
目的探讨吉兰-巴雷综合征的护理方法。方法对20例吉兰-巴雷综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经过积极治疗和精心护理,18例康复出院,2例死亡。结论保持呼吸道通畅、药物治疗、做好基础护理及心理护理是吉兰一巴雷综合征患者治疗和康复的重要保证。
Objective To investigate the nursing care for patients with Guillain- Barre syndrome. Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with Guillain - Barre syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results After being positively treated and carefully nursed, 18 patients recovered and 2 patients died. Conclusion The maintain airway patency, drug treatment, careful basic nursing and mental nursing were important guarantees for the treatment and recovery of patients with Guillain- Barre syndrome.
