摘要
目的探讨人工股骨头置换治疗老年患者股骨颈骨折术前和术后的护理方法。方法对158例股骨颈骨折的老年患者行人工股骨头置换术,术前心理护理,术后注重生命体征、预防并发症及功能锻炼指导。结果 158例老年患者术后无并发症发生。结论对老年人工股骨头置换术患者必须进行充分的术前指导和术后护理措施,从而使患者达到预期康复。
Objective To investigate nursing of femoral neck fracture treated with hemiarthroplasty prosthesis in aged patients in perioperative period. Method Mental care before operation, basic nursing and guiding functional exercise after operation was performed on 158 eases. Result All patients have no syndrome. Conclusion Pre - operation guidance and post - operation nursing are necessary for aged patients treated with hemiarthroplasty prosthesis and make them heal as well as expected.
