摘要
大众化时代所具有的民主化与平等化特征为公民教育的有效开展提供坚实的社会基础,但大众化时代所存在的媚俗现象也给公民教育带来巨大挑战。在大众化时代中,个体容易在诸多观点的冲撞中丧失自己独立的价值判断能力,从而去与大众机械趋同;同时,个体容易仅因为好奇而浏览外界事物,不会真正地去关注自身以外的东西,最终对所有事件都怀有冷漠感与疏离感。在实施公民教育的实际开展过程中,我们可以通过学校教育这一公民教育的正规形式来引导个体养成运用自己理性的习惯,从而克服大众化对公民教育带来的负面影响。
The characters of popularization ear are democracy and equality, which make a solid foundation to civil education. On the other hand, popularization also has a character of vulgarness, which would hinder the progress of civil education. Because the popular world is filled with different kinds of opinions, individuals will lose their independent value judgments, then they would converge mechanically with the masses; meanwhile, individuals will scan the outside world just with curiosity, but not really understand it, and this will make individuals keep away from the outside world. In the process of implementing civil education, teachers should teach individuals to develop their habits of using their own rationality through formal settings of civil education - - - school education, so individuals will cultivate their habits to use rational abilities and conquer the negation of popularization.
