摘要
以批评语篇分析的理论为指导,从词汇选择、及物性、情态、人称代词等方面来分析前总统布什在伊拉克战争期间发表的演讲。试图通过该语篇的分析来揭示其演讲的真实目的,从而提高人们的批判性语言意识。
The present study, mainly adopting critical discourse analysis as its analytic approach, analyzes exPresident Bush＇s speech delivered during the Iraqi war in terms of diction, transitivity, modality, personal pronouns and so on in order to uncover the real aims of the speech and develop critical language awareness.
