对中国职业足球联赛中失信者的研究

Study of Discreditable Men of Chinese Football League

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法分析我国职业足球失信者的表现和产生诱因。结果表明行政干预、足球制度的失范和监管的缺失等是其产生的根本原因。提出足协转变职能与监督机制、裁判应独立于足协管制和营造宽松的足球人文环境是当前我国足球发展之所需。

The paper analyzes the causes for the occurrence of discreditable men of Chinese Football League by means of documentation review and logical analysis methods. The survey indicates that the basic reasons are administrative interference, nonstandard football system and lack of effective supervision. The change of function and that of supervision of the Chinese Football Association, the referees＇work independent from the Association, and good humanistic atmosphere are necessary for the football development of China.
