摘要
目的总结应用补片无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝经验。方法回顾性分析2000年6月至2009年8月间收治的23例巨大腹壁切口疝病人的临床资料。结果23例均用补片进行修补，其中14例采用聚丙烯Marlex网片，9例采用Composix复合补片，术后无严重并发症发生，随访5～48个月无复发。结论掌握正确的修补方法正确选择修补材料，以及必要的用手术期处理，是治疗腹壁巨大切口疝的关键。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of repairing large abdominal inci- sional hernia by mesh. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of large incisional henia from Jun. 2000 to Aug. 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases received repairing operation by mesh, including 14 cases by Bard＇s Marlex mesh and 9 cases by Bards Composix mesh. No serious complications occurred after operation. During a follow-up period of 5 to 48 months, there was no recurrence. Conclusion It is the key to treat large abdominal incisional henia by using correct repairing way and mesh,and peri operative treatment.
