摘要
综合有关文献,介绍了近20年来植物黄酮类化合物的提取和测定以及功能和应用,园艺作物中黄酮类化合物的种类及含量,酮类化合物含量所受影响因素等研究进展,并展望了黄酮类化合物的应用前景,以期为黄酮类化合物的研究和开发与应用提供参考。
The article introduced the researches in recent 20 years on plant flavonoids＇ function and application,extraction and determination,as well as the varieties and contents of flavonoids and their influencing factors in horticultural crops,and looked into the future of its application.
