摘要
中厚板控制轧制工艺中需对中间坯进行待温控制,由于待温时间长,因而轧制效率低。为此,本文研究了控轧待温水冷过程,并建立了摆动冷却模型,进行了冷却过程参数预计算,建立了微跟踪模型,准确跟踪冷却过程的中间坯位置,保证了冷却过程的顺利执行。实验表明,中间冷却过程可有效缩短待温时间,提高轧制效率。
The intermediate blank should be controlled for holding time in plate production by TMCP technology. The rolling efficient is low because of the long holding time.So the laminar cooling for holding time was researched.The oscillated cooling model was established.The cooling parameters were pre-calculated.The micro-tracked model was founded to follow the position of the intermediate blank exactly,so that the cooling process could be carried out.The results showed that the cooling process could decrease the holding time and improve the rolling efficiency.
