摘要
采用热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法建立了万能轧制有限元模型,以大型H型钢基础研究道次为基准,不改变水平辊压下量,仅改变立辊压下量,针对不同腿腰延伸比,完成不同工况的模拟分析,得出了不同翼缘压下量对H型钢万能轧制过程中轧件翼缘宽展和轧制力的影响。
The model of universal rolling was built by thermo-mechanical coupled elasto-plastic FEM.The simulation analysis of different work condition was completed according to different leg and waist elongation ratio, with the reduction of horizontal roll constant and the reduction of vertical roll changed.The effect of different flange reduction on flange width and rolling force in the course of H-beam universal rolling was obtained.
