摘要
介绍了当前国内外主流板形仪的研究现状,分析了冷轧带钢接触式板形仪检测辊的结构形式和应用特点。同时,介绍了我国自主研制的整辊智能型板形仪,其板形检测精度达0.2I,闭环控制精度达5～7I。
The research status of main shape meter all over the world was introduced.The structure form and characteristics of cold strip contact detecting roller were analyzed.The entire roller intelligent shape meter which was self-developed in China was intruded also.The shape detecting precision could reach 0.2I,the closed-loop control precision could reach 5～7I.
