摘要
分析了南京钢铁联合有限公司中厚板卷厂炉卷轧机在轧制厚规格、高强度中厚板过程中产生钢板头部翘曲的原因,针对上下辊电机动态速降差异这一主要成因,采取了将最后一道次改为平整道次而增加其他道次的变形量、并将平整道次速度控制为1.0~3.0m/s的措施,改善了钢板头部翘曲问题。
In view of the problem of head warpage of heavy gauge and high strength plate produced by Steckel mill at Nanjing Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,the cause of existing difference of dynamic speed drop of upper and lower roll was found.Therefore,the last rolling pass was changed to temper pass,and the reductions of other passes were increased.Meanwhile,the speed of temper pass was controlled within 1.0~3.0m/s.By these measures,the head warpage of plate was improved.
