摘要
跨文化交际是指不同文化背景的人从事交际的活动。随着旅游业的不断发展,各国之间的文化交流和往来也不断加强。国内酒店在跨文化接待服务中存在着在语言语用方面、非言语行为方面以及价值观不同等诸多问题,应采取相应的解决措施。加强对酒店员工的跨文化交际意识的培养与跨文化交际技能的培训,对日益发展的酒店行业有着积极的现实意义。
Cross-cultural communication refers to the activities that people from different cultures communicate with each other.With the development of tourism,cultural communications between countries and friendly visits have also been significantly improved.In view of the problems existing in cross-cultural reception service of domestic hotels,some countermeasures have been put forward in this paper.It is of great realistic significance to strengthen the cultivation and training of the cross-cultural communication among the hotel staff.
