应用型汉语言文学的学科特征与人才培养定位问题

On Discipline Features of Chinese Language Literature in Application-oriented Universities and Its Positioning of Personnel Training

应用型本科大学汉语言文学专业的学科建设有两大特征:一是学科呈梯形结构,即学科基础平台深厚但并不刻意追求高尖端科研立项和科研成果;二是不取研究型大学的狭义的"文学"概念,而取广义的"文学"概念。由于应用型大学汉语言文学的专业与职业的具有"对称"与"非对称性"的双重特性,因此该专业人才培养的定位既不是研究型大学的"学科专才",也非高职高专的"职业匠才",而是"职业专才";是培养"和谐发展的人",不是培养"有用的工具"。应用型大学汉语言文学改革猜想有三:首先是以"泛文学概念"改造汉语言文学专业,在课程设置上加以改造;其次是建议国家高校学科目录中增设"汉语言文学写作",作为应用型、教学型大学的专业;第三是建议高校学科目录中一级学科"文学"之下设置"汉语言文学与企业文化"专业,作为应用型、教学型大学的专业。

There are two major features in the discipline construction of Chinese language and culture major of application-oriented universities.One is the trapezoidal structure of a discipline,with a solid foundation for basic research in its subject but without striving for any high scientific research and cutting-edge scientific research projects.The other is the literature concept making choice for broad sense rather than narrow one.Therefore,its positioning of personnel training should neither be the training for craftsmen nor for specialized personnel.It is for bringing up professional experts owing to its double features of symmetry and asymmetry in application-oriented Chinese language literature major and its profession.It is for cultivating harmonious development people rather than useful tool.The paper proposes three conjectures for the Chinese language literature major reformation.The first is to make some changes on its curriculum with ＂Pan-literary Concept＂.The second is to establish a new course,Chinese language literature writing,in the state colleges and universities subject directory,as an application-and-teaching-oriented major.The third is to offer a subordinate course,Chinese language literature and enterprises culture,under its upper item——culture,as an application-and-teaching-oriented major.
