摘要
目的揭示维生素C、维生素E联合拮抗香烟烟雾提取物(CSE)致雄性小鼠生殖细胞畸变的效果。方法小鼠经口灌胃予维生素C、维生素E和腹腔注射CSE染毒后,分析生殖细胞染色体畸变,同时测定睾丸组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果各观察组同阳性对照组相比,精原细胞和初级精母细胞的染色体细胞畸变率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。维生素C、维生素E剂量与精原细胞、初级精母细胞染色体畸变之间有剂量-效应关系(r精原=-0.883,P精原<0.05,r初级=-0.888,P初级<0.05)。MDA含量、SOD活力的测定有力支持了上述剂量-效应关系。结论补充VC、VE可以在一定程度上有效拮抗CSE致雄性生殖细胞畸变作用。
Objective To disclose the effects of antagonism on aberration of male mouse's sexual cells which caused by cigarette smoke extractant(CSE).Methods Having used Vitamin C and Vitamin E to perfusion into mouse's stomach,and injected CSE to abodomial cavity of mouse.Then we analysed situation of sexual chromosome aberration.Level of Maldondialdehyde(MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in testis tissue were measured at the same time.Results Every Vitamin C and Vitamin E group compared with pasitive contract group,spermatogonium Chromosome cell and Primary spermatocyte chromosome cell's aberrant rate had significant difference(P0.05) and there was dose-effect relationship(rsp=-0.883,PSP0.05;rPR=-0.888,PPR0.05).Measurement on level of MDA and activity of SOD favoured forcefully all above having been mentioned.Conclusion Supplementation of Vitamin C and E could effectively antagonise male sexual cell's aberration which caused by CSE in a degree.
