FHIT在子宫腺肌病中的表达及意义

摘要 目的观察脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)在子宫腺肌病组织中的表达变化,探讨其在子宫腺肌病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例子宫腺肌病患者异位内膜、在位内膜及子宫肌瘤患者正常内膜组织中的FH IT表达情况。结果在子宫腺肌病异位内膜、在位内膜及对照组正常内膜组织中的FH IT阳性表达率分别为40%、63.3%、100%,FH IT在子宫腺肌病在位内膜、异位内膜中的表达均低于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05),异位、在位内膜相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论推测FHIT可能在子宫腺肌病的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。
