浅谈老年充血性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗

目的对老年充血性心力衰竭的临床治疗和预后的改善进行分析和讨论。方法以2005年1月～2010年1月来进行治疗的60例充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者在年龄、病情、性别比等方面无显著差异,具有可比性。对照组患者30例,所接受的是心力衰竭的传统治疗方法,治疗的重点在于扩张血管、强心、利尿。治疗组患者30例,除了接受传统的治疗手段外,还针对患者发病诱因以及可能的病因进行了针对性治疗。结果无论是治疗的显效率还是总有效率,治疗组患者都要优于对照组患者,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在对老年充血性心力衰竭进行治疗时,除了要注重对患者进行扩张血管、强心、利尿之外,还应针对患者发病诱因以及可能的病因进行针对性治疗,以便使治疗取得更好的效果。

Objective To elderly of congestie heart failure in clinical treatment and prognosis of improving analysis and discussion.Methods In January 2005 to January 2010 to our treatment of 60 patients with congestive heart failure patients as the research object,according to the different treatment,patients were divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of patients in the age,sex,disease etc no significant differences comparable.The control group,30 cases of patients with heart failure is accepted by the traditional treatments,the focus of therapy is the dilation of blood vessels,strong heart,diuresis.The treatment group of 30 cases of patients,in addition to accept conventional treatments outside,still for the patient is sick incentives and likely cause of pertinency treatment.Results Whether treatment of significant efficiency or total effectiveness,the treatment group than in control group patients to patients,and（P 0.05）,and a statistically significant differences.Conclusion In for elderly congestive heart failure treatment,besides wanting to notice to patients to dilate blood vessels,strong heart,diuresis besides,still should be aimed at the patient is sick incentives and likely cause of for specific therapy,so as to obtain better treatment effect.
