神经外科治疗骨间背侧神经损伤15例临床观察

目的研究神经外科治疗骨间背侧神经损伤的治疗方法,探讨其临床分析。方法选取2005年7月～2008年12月来就诊的骨间背侧神经损伤患者15例,在15例患者中有7例患者进行功能重建术,行神经断直接吻合术有4例,神经移植桥接术有1例,神经松解术患者有3例,通过以上手术后对患者进行观察。结果手术后对15例患者进行定期随访观察,随访时间为5个月～2a,经过随访观察,在神经修复术后的5个月患者有9例,主动伸指和伸拇功能大致恢复的患者有8例,而神经无明显恢复的有1例;在手功能重建术中共有6例,其中有4例重建恢复情况好,2例情况较之前的较差点。结论种种原因引起的压迫导致的骨间背侧神经损伤,根据不同的损伤情况相应的采取神经外科治疗法有效地治疗,及时帮助患者减轻痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Surgical treatment of posterior interosseous nerve nerve injury treatment,and its clinical analysis.Methods Select July 2005 to December 2008 to our hospital in patients with posterior interosseous nerve injury in 15 cases,In 15 patients,7 patients were in functional reconstruction,off-line direct nerve anastomosis in 4 patients,surgery has bridged neural transplantation in 1 case,neurolysis patients in 3 cases,the above observation of patients after surgery.Results After surgery in 15 patients were followed up regularly followed up for 5 months to 2 years after follow-up study,Followed up for 5 months to 2 years,after a follow-up observation,in the nerve repair in patients after 5 months in 9 patients,active thumb extensor and extensor function of the patients generally recover in 8 patients,while no significant recovery of nerve 1 Cases;Hand function reconstruction in a total of 6 cases,4 cases of reconstruction of which recovery is good,2 cases less when compared to the previous point.Conclusion Compression caused by a variety of reasons due to posterior interosseous nerve injury,depending on the damage to take appropriate effective neurosurgical therapy treatment in a timely manner to help patients relieve pain,is worthy of clinical application.
