全凭静脉麻醉应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在腔镜胆囊切除术中的安全性及效果评价。方法选择行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者75例,瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉全麻组(观察组)41例,异氟醚吸入全麻组(对照组)34例。观察两组生命体征、麻醉指标变化及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组麻醉后苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间和意识恢复时间均明显短于对照组,术后并发症发生率均低于对照组。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。
