带蒂结膜瓣移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉疗效分析

目的探讨带蒂结膜瓣移植手术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效,寻求减少翼状胬肉术后复发的途径。方法对2002年4月～2008年12月109例113眼翼状胬肉病人随机分为丝裂霉素C治疗组59眼和对照组54眼。试验组术中于裸露的巩膜表面一次性放置含0.2mg/ml丝裂霉素C的棉片3分钟;对照组不使用丝裂霉素C行常规带蒂结膜瓣移植术。结果术后追踪观察6～36个月,丝裂霉素C组2眼复发,复发率为3.39%,对照组8眼复发,复发率14.81%。结论带蒂结膜瓣移植手术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉大大降低术后复发率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of pedicle conjunctival transpIantation and mitomycin C（MMC） for ptrygium,and seek the approach of reducing the recurrent pterygium approach.Methods 109 cases（113 eyes） of Pterygium were randomly divided into 2 groups between Apr.2002 and Dec.2008.In the mitomycin C-treated group（59 eyes）,cotton pad with 0.2mg/ml mitomycin C solution was placed on the surface of the sclera ablation area for 3 minutes.Results In the follow-up of 6 months to 3 years,2 eyes recurred in 59 eyes,recurrence ratio was 3.39%.8 eyes recurred in 54 eyes,and recurrence ratio was 14.81%.Conclusion The pedicle conjunctival transplantation and MMC surgery have the lower recurrence ratio.It is worth to be widely used.
