食管癌患者术后护理的临床体会

目的对于食管癌患者术后护理的临床体会进行探讨。方法选择2009年3月～2010年7月收治的食管癌手术患者100例,年龄22～64岁,平均41.8岁,对其进行护理。结果 100例食管癌手术患者经过上诉护理之后,显效83例(83%),有效14例(14%),无效6例(3%),总有效率97%。可见该医院食管癌手术患者的护理效果良好。结论食管癌患者术后护理的各个环节是相辅相成的,只有医护人员精心的护理,及时发现问题,对症处理,才能有助于患者病情的恢复。

Objective The postoperative care of cancer patients to explore the clinical experience.Methods March 2009 ~ July 2010 in a hospital surgical patients admitted to 100 cases of esophageal cancer patients,aged 22 to 64 years,average 41.8 years old,its care.Results 100 cases of esophageal cancer patients after surgery care after an appeal,effective 83 patients（83%）,effective 14 patients（14%）,invalid in 6 cases（3%）,the total effective rate of 97%.Patients can be seen in patients with esophageal cancer in the hospital care of patients with good results.Conclusion Patients with esophageal cancer in all aspects of post-operative care are complementary,and only careful medical care,timely detection of problems,symptomatic treatment,the disease can help patients recover.
