高校辅导员角色维度探讨

On the Role Dimension of Counselors in College Ideological and Political Education

辅导员在高校学生工作中扮演的角色越来越多,压力不断增加,角色冲突加剧,严重影响了辅导员角色的实现。要让辅导员扮演好各种角色,就必须科学地构建辅导员的角色维度,调适不当的角色期望,避免角色模糊与角色发散,减少角色冲突。高校应通过完善规章制度、改善待遇等手段,实现辅导员的角色认同,使他们能够各得其所、各尽所能、特色发展。

Counselors play an important role in the management of students in universities,but they are facing more pressure and conflicts which affect the realization of their roles.For the purpose of playing the counselors＇ roles well,it becomes necessary to construct their roles,adjust the improper expectation of their roles,avoid ambiguity and reduce conflicts.It is suggested that colleges should realize the recognition of counselors＇ roles and ensure their development through the perfection of rules and the improvement of rules and regulations.
