摘要
介绍了±800 kV直流棒形悬式复合绝缘子的研究、设计及试验等情况。研究的硅橡胶伞套材料直流配方,经1 500 h紫外线老化试验,其性能指标均超过中国南方电网有限责任公司企标《±800 kV直流输电用线路棒形悬式复合绝缘子》的规定;采用低碱玻璃纤维芯棒制成的复合绝缘子,在长期直流电压作用下不会因离子迁移导致其机械性能显著下降;金属附件锌套按直流盘形悬式瓷绝缘子重量不小于5g要求设计,其使用寿命超过瓷绝缘子;通过对±800kV线路"I"形直流棒形悬式复合绝缘子的均压特性研究,建议均压环配置高压侧采用大小均压环结构。
The states of research,design and test on ±800 kV DC rod Composite Suspension Insulator are introduced.The performance index of the studied silicone rubber shed housing DC formulate,after 1 500 h ultraviolet ray degradation testing,are all get ahead of the prescribe of the China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd.manufacturer's standard "±800 kV long rod composite insulator for DC transmission lines";for the composite insulator made of low alkali glass fiber core,the mechanical property will not descend due to ionic migration under long term DC voltage;metal fitting Zinc housing is designed in accordance with the requirement that the DC suspension insulator weight is not less than 5 g,its service life exceed porcelain insulator;through researching the grading characteristics of the ±800 kV line" I "type DC rod composite suspension insulator,it is proposed that big-small grading ring structure is adopted at high voltage side.
