电瓷湿法生产脱伞现象的剖析 被引量:1

摘要 电瓷产品的成型生产主要有干法成型(即等静压法)和湿法成型(即可塑法),由于湿法成型生产的经验多、适用性强、效率高等优点被电瓷制造厂广泛采用。但生产中,产品的脱伞缺陷却极大地影响着合格率。笔者分析了电瓷湿法生产脱伞质量缺陷的主要原因:宏观上体现在坯件的干燥、施釉、焙烧3个制作工序。结合生产经验提出了相应的解决对策:对坯件在浆料配制、挤制与成形、干燥及出烘房水分、烧成的升降温梯度等方面进行严格的控制和管理。结果表明,脱伞质量缺陷减少了90%以上。 There are two major molding methods in electric porcelain production,dry-process(isostatic pressing method)and wet-process(stiff-mud process).Because wet-process(stiff-mud process)have many advantages such as rich manufacture experiences,strong adaption and high efficiency etc.,so it is generally used by many porcelain manufacture factories.But in the process,the defect of falling shed often affects the qualified rate seriously.The main cause of falling shed in the production is analyzed.It is mainly reflected in these aspects: drying,burning and glazing.solutions are proposed combined with the practical experiences: The mud is stricktly controlled and managed on many aspects such as: mud preparation、extrusion and shapping、drying and water contamination after drying,the rising and slowing rate of burning temperature.The result proves that the defect rate of falling shed reduces above 90%.
