摘要
抽取了1支在铁路隧道内挂网运行的复合绝缘子,该绝缘子在运行时表面放电频繁,为了研究该绝缘子运行性能,在实验室进行了自然污闪电压、憎水性、材料拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硬度试验,利用离子色谱仪、电子扫描显微镜、X射线衍射分析、拉曼光谱对硅橡胶表面污秽进行分析,研究结果表明该绝缘子自然污闪电压较高,表面憎水性整体较差,憎水丧失及迁移性有所下降,硅橡胶材料力学性能良好,从污秽物分析结果看出,二水石膏的高温脱水造成憎水性下降以及表面污秽含碳量高,是绝缘子表面放电的主要原因。
In order to study the operation performance of railway composite insulator,one composite insulator which surface discharging frequently when operating serviced at railway tunnel was selected to test the natural contamination flashover voltage,surface hydrophobicity,loss and transference of hydrophobicity,the tensile and tearing strength,as well as shore hardness of silicone rubber sheds.The Ion Chromatography,X-ray Diffractometer and Fourier Transform Infrared-Raman Spectroscopy were utilized to analyze the surface contamination characteristics of silicone rubber.The test results showed that the natural contamination flashover voltage was high,the hydrophobicity performance of whole silicone rubber sheds was poor,the loss and transference of hydrophobicity was decreased,mechanics of materials property of silicone rubber was good.The contamination analysis results indicated that the hydrophobicity trends to descent due to the dehydrate gypsum on the surface of composite insulator appear dehydration reaction beneath the high temperature arc and the high content of Carbon leading to the surface resistance descent is the main reason of surface discharge of composite insulator.
