摘要
实心棒类高铝瓷生产过程中的工艺控制是否合理是实物质量及产品合格率高低的关键,氧化铝是高铝瓷的主要原料,煅烧温度必须达到1 450℃,以保证γ-Al3O2转化为α-Al 3O2的转化率达到90%以上,有效降低烧成过程中由于坯体强烈收缩造成开裂和变形问题;等静压型时,对直径和长度比大于5的产品,采用天然橡胶模具及相关工装,可以提高粉料的利用率,降低生产成本;合理的控制烧成温度,特别是1 200~1 450℃的升温速率,可以减少开裂和变形,提高合格率。
The process control during the production process of solid core high aluminum ceramics is the key to the product quality and the product percent of pass;aluminum oxide is the principal raw material of high aluminum ceramics,it must be heated to 1 450 ℃ to ensure the conversion rate of γ-Al3O2 to α-Al3O2 up to 90%,so as to effectively reduce the crack and distortion problems caused by the strong contraction of body in the firing process;during the isostatic pressing,period for the product of which the ratio of diameter and length greater than 5,by using of natural rubber mold and related tools,the utilization rate of powder material can be enhanced and production cost can be reduced.Rationally control of firing temperature,especially heating rate of 1 200-1 450 ℃,will reduce crack and distortion,and improve percent of pass.
