避雷器及其比例单元热特性的试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 金属氧化物避雷器比例单元与整只避雷器具有热等价性是动作负载试验和工频电压耐受时间特性试验可行和可信的关键,初步计算运行最大理论温升△Tzmax是检查瓷外套多元件金属氧化物避雷器是否进行热应力的人工污秽试验的前提,而验证热等价性和计算△Tzmax均需将试品加热到120℃。通过对标准内容及试验实例的分析和研究,指出了验证热等价性试验和人工污秽试验的预加热试验的异同点以及进行这两项试验时应注意的几个问题,给出了一些具有参考价值的试验数据和时间温度曲线。 The rate unit of the metal-oxide surge arresters and the arresters has thermal equivalence is the key to the feasible and credible of the operating duty test and the power-frequency voltage withstand time characteristics test.The preliminary calculations working the maximum theoretical temperature rise △Tzmax is precondition that whether the thermal stress of the artificial pollution test should be carried out for the metal oxide porcelain porcelain-housed multi-unit metal-oxide surge arresters.The test objects are required to be heated to 120 ℃ to verify thermal equivalence and calculation △Tzmax.Based on the analysis and research on standard and test case,it is indicated that the differences and similarities between the verify thermal equivalence test and the preheating test in artificial pollution test;as well as the several problems that should pay attention during these two tests.Finally,the test data with time and temperature curve with reference value are given out.
