Chemical constituents from the root of Clematis intricata Bunge

从黄花铁线莲Clematis intricata Bunge根部分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:7β-乙氧基-6α-羟基-1,4-二氧杂环辛烷(1),4,6,7-三甲氧基-5-甲基香豆素(2),东莨菪素(3),3,5,7,4'-四羟基黄酮(4),对羟基苯甲酸(5),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(6)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、5、6首次从该属植物中分离得到。

From the root of Clematis intricata Bunge,six compounds were isolated and identified as 7β-ethoxy-6α-hydroxy-1,4-dioxacyclooctane（1）,4,6,7-trimethoxy-5-methyl coumarin（2）,scopoletin（3）,3,5,7,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone（4）,p-hydroxy benzoic acid（5）,and 3,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid（6）.Compound 1 is a new one,while compounds 2,5,6 have been isolated from genus clematis for the first time.
