针对老年人的特殊性和老年人建筑的发展趋势,就老年人建筑消防安全设计作了探讨,从平面布置、疏散形式、内部装修、消防设施等方面进行了论述,以优化消防安全设计。

Aiming at the specialty of senior citizens and the development tendency of buildings of senior citizens,the paper explores the design for the fire-fighting safety of senior citizens＇ buildings,and indicates from the plate layout,the evacuation forms,the internal decoration,and the fire-fighting facilities,so as to optimize the fire-fighting safety design of the buildings.
