摘要
从高炉炉壳分段、材质的选用、炉壳厚度的确定及炉壳上开孔等方面对炉壳的设计进行了分析,用有限元分析软件对高炉炉壳做了弹性有限元应力分析,给出了炉壳炉腰段应力简化计算方法,为设计中如何确定炉壳直段的厚度提供了指导。
This article analyzes the blast furnace shell design from aspects of the blast furnace shell subsection,material quality selection,blast furnace shell thickness determination,and holing on last furnace shell and so on,makes finite element stress analysis on the blast furnace shell by using finite element analysis software,and shows furnace shell furnace waist segment stress simplification calculation methods,which has provided guidance for how to determine the furnace straight segment thickness in the design.
